Returned products must be in perfect original sale condition, unused with tags still attached. within 14 days of purchase (with proof of purchase).

CUSTOM MADE orders are not eligible for return, unless faulty.
 

OUR EXCHANGE POLICY

Product exchanges are available on stock items (unavailable on custom orders). If you would like to exchange any item please contact me to discuss. You will be responsible for additional shipping fees and replacement items will not be shipped until your return has been received and processed.

All sale items are final and non-refundable. Please double-check you are happy with your purchase before finalising, as I cannot accept returns on discounted items unless faulty.

HANDLING OF PRODUCTS

Products must be handled and kept with care and returned in their original state and packaging, with all original tags and labels attached. If your handling of the product(s) results in a decrease of its commerical value, we may proportionally reduce our refund to you
